Thanks to that helpful person who noted that this group seems to always prefix 027251 with a seemingly endless supply of final four digits, I was able to block as the call was in progress. The +61 always a giveaway as well.

Caller: Multiple Charity Group (softly spoken lady) Collecting money for a range of charities. After questioning her I formed the view that I would never know just where my donations would end up. After hanging up, I called back and her number was spoofed. Be very wary of cold callers asking for your credit card details. Cancelling your card is always very inconvenient.
