Disconnected on answer assume scam

Spam keeps calling but blocked now

Came up as a spam call didn't answer but double checked using reverse phone number lookup and results came up 100 percent scam so will block the number

An obvious charity scam/spam caller, working from a script, but a better class of caller to the usual nonsense from Asia. Spoke Australian English perfectly and was most apologetic for bothering me. If I hadn't had this number call me previously, I could almost have believed in her "cause" and her diatribe about child poverty, hunger, environmental issues and the need for $$$s. The charity was not named, but it could have almost passed as a party political speech. This lady should be working on air for the ABC rather than wasting her time in the scam game. Sadly, someone this believable is dangerous to unsuspecting "targets", so beware.... A new breed of scammer!

Caller: Charity Spam

Once again my "Truecaller App" on mobile "flagged" this as Charity Spam and automatically blocked the number.

Rang & I let go to message bank, no message left. Probably a scam like mentioned in other comments.

These numbers have started again after a lull, constant missed calls from numbers beginning with 7251 the last 4 digits keep changing. All blocked and deleted

I had enquired about a car loan and then 20 seconds later, got 2 "spam" calls from (02) 7251 8936 and (03) 4504 2412

coincidence? I think not

I seem to receive calls from numbers similar to this quite frequently. I don't recognise the number, so don't answer. The caller doesn't leave a message and so I just block the number.

Similar numbers I've received unsolicited calls from:
(02) 7251 8926
(02) 7251 8930
(02) 7251 8936

Did n not recognise number so didn’t answer
