I got a call from this number yesterday, along with the same call from three other numbers, also yesterday. It's a scam. I have had to block quite a lot of numbers recently.

scam caller. Same phone number except for last 2 digits called over 40 times in an hour using changes to last two digits... (02) 7251 5995, (02) 7251 5989, (02) 7251 5979.

How the hell do they get my UNLISTED phone number!!!!!

Left message, very annoying. They know your first name, but just keep repeating your name. They tried calling from 4 different numbers...all the same person leaving the same dumb message.
