Caller: StateNow (02) 7246 4031 called an unlisted private mobile number on 26/9/25 at 3:43pm. Claimed to be from StateNow a company doing free electricity comparisons with a huge discount. He said he was in Melbourne AU but there was a long hold before he started talking. He argued and told me off. I asked for my private unlisted number to be removed from the call list and if the company calls me again they will be reported. This didn't stop him, he kept going and told me I didn't understand. He had my address from a while ago so I suspect Origin Engery had been hacked as this is not the first call about electricity at that address. Upon redial the number was automatically disconnected so likely a false front too.
