Caller: I don't know Automated message played when returned call #31# (02) 7245 4504 with blocked ID and number with an android mobile. Sydney New South Wales was location originally shown on call, but when returned call with iPhone said I didn't have enough funds to continue with call, as no overseas calls on my plan so must be a rerouted call from overseas so scam call is my guess.
