Caller: allegedly immigration services This number dialed from Sydney Australia--the government department that this number claims to speak for is based in Canberra. Upon answering the call seemed to be in the middle of its recording already. All I had heard was "your visa will be cancelled." It then hung up. Calling back yeilded, "Your call cannot be connected. Please check the number and dial again."
After logging into my immigrant account there was no flag. No further email or account inquiry was lodged. Calling the immigration services did not yeild any further information. Confirmation on the validity of the number was not found.

Caller: allegedly immigration services Called with a robot saying they have a document for me and haven't been able to get ahold of me press 1 for English or 2 for Chinese.
