When you ring back you get a message that says "Your call could not be connected". So it is scammers ringing. Just block.

Cold called by (02) 7238 4647 on 12 Sep 2024 afternoon who hung up when I didn't pick up call. I rung this number back and got a recorded message that the OPTUS MOBILE I just called has been disconnected. I called back a supposed landline number (02) 7238 4647 but it's saying it's a disconnected Optus mobile phone. Block this scammer
