Caller: Victorian Government Hot Water System Two calls from (02) 7229 9300 First call saying "This is a call from the Victorian Government, your company has reported issues with your hot water system". Second call demanding to speak to "the manager" then refusing to tell me what company he is calling from, when I explained that this is just information my manager will ask me and I need to know who is calling in order to transfer the call he shouted down the phone "You are an idiot!"
