I had a female, obviously had looked up company details, very vague on what she was after but wanted to do an American Express payment.

Caller: Slight accented male caller lied all the way through the call. He made no sense in any of the conversation. Firstly, rang from a NSW landline but claimed was calling from Melbourne "I haven't changed my number yet". Secondly, talked about paying with AMEX which we do not have, then said he had other credit cards but failed to give a valid card. Thirdly repeated our address as though he was coming to pay in person, even though he is in Sydney and we are in Melbourne. He was leading up to some type of scam only known to him or is a lunatic living in society.

Caller: Unknown This person called me and asked me if I was ****** Electrical from ****** Avenue. I said no and he said his wife was after my services, when I asked how he got my number he said he couldn’t remember. The unusual part is that he called from NSW and I’m not in NSW.

Very unusually caller trying to check our methods of payment, mainly wanting to pay by American express, but would not advise what work he was wanting to get done. More concerned about our business taking his American express payment.
