What sounded like a recorded computer generated male non accented voice said after a long pause "Hi, I'm Sam from the Utilities offer". I then hung up. Suspect scam or nuisance call.

Caller: Spam (02) 7209 9338 is another in a series of spam calls from the same idiot company that uses similar numbers in this block. Sometimes 02 or 03 area code for NSW or Victoria
