This is definitely NSW Health contact tracers. If youre unsure they give out a 1800 number to call back and I checked and it is listed on NSW Health website.

Called to get in contact with an employee (recruitment agency) who had put our number down as their employment number. Said it was regarding a recent positive case at the place this employee worked (correctly stated name and place of work without being asked). Not sure why NSW Health wouldn't have this person's mobile, but seemed legitimate enough

A call from this number purported to be from a contact tracer but the person didn't have a correct name for the number called and couldn't provide details of where the contact with a COVID positive person had occurred. Also, the contact was supposed to have occurred in early September 2021, approximately one and a half weeks before the 'tracer' phoned. Potentially a scam.
