Auto recording saying they are from the ATO and there is a lawsuit against my name. Also if I don't call them back on the same number, there will be a warrant for my arrest.

Robo call stating from the AustralianTax office...lawsuit in my name. They wouldn't randomly Ring you. Phishing scam.

Caller: Audit office? recorded message in chinglish/bad grammar etc saying they were going to issue an arrest warrant didnt bother to call them back :-)
