I called back the number (02) 7202 4831 but was routed automatically to an ivr

Caller: Scam call - EcoTrade or EchoTrade

I believe This is the second scam call. The first number (02) 7202 4643 I received a few days ago. It was computer generated. No person.

The number is too similar. This time a lady called Victoria tried to verify my name and if this was my phone. She said she was from EchoTrade or EcoTrade. I hung up.

Both numbers are internet numbers not landlines.

Looked online:
EcoTrade is a Thailand business and EcoTrade is US but closed in 2012.

I doubt either has a reason to call an everyday Australian.

Caller: Scam - Echotrade

Scam call. I believe follow up from earlier scam call list.

The woman asked for my name twice. She finally said her name was Victoria from Echo Trade or EcoTrade.
She tried to verify it was my phone. I hung up.

Don’t answer it’s a scam call.

From what I understand they use a computer for 1st call to ensure a human is there. Then have someone call back the numbers that got a human response.
