Caller: Harmoney It is Harmoney finance so if you applied for a loan or have an account they would be calling.

I and my wife have received call from this number, on one day twice, once today, there is not noise then simply hang up. Very suspicious.

i picked up said hello in thai heard a click and the an Indian sounding guy started with a sales pitch hung up

No message was left but when I tried to call back it says “… advises that the mobile telephone number has been disconnected”. I believe these sorts of numbers are spoofed/cloned and are for phishing purposes. I have blocked the number even though it will do absolutely nothing for the next cloned number that tries to call.
