Caller: Superannuation whatever Couldn't even understand properly. Asked them where they got my number from and they said the have a partner in Sydney who provided that. They hung up after I said a couple of times that I didn't know them and they shouldn't have my number.
They also had my name.

Caller: Scammers under the name 'Superannuation Compare" Received a call from 'Sandra' and she surprisingly knew my name. Wanted to ask me 5 questions about my super. I asked how they got my details and she said through research consultants in Sydney. Was really fishy. Said I was busy but she was determined to ask me the five questions - I hung up. Likely scammer.

Caller asked, 'Am I speaking with Carol Blab?'. I said, 'who?', then they hung up. Other lookup pages mentioned they realised they called using their Facebook names and I realised afterwards that that's what they called me. Only they didn't pronounce it correctly. Other pages say they're from a Superannuation company and ask for your details. Don't give them.

Caller: Sydney number, and I’m in Melbourne I was suspicious that a Sydney caller wanted to talk to me so didn’t pick up, my message invites callers to leave a message and tells callers I will not pick up if I don’t know the number. No message left, I’ve now blocked this number. Info on this site confirms it’s a dud.

Caller: "Super" Scam Received a few call from this # but mostly they hang up when I answer? Seems like they get paid per call, no matter if they engage with you or not. Must be an Indian way of doing business, I guess.

Got a call from this number today - I don't live in the 02 area so I was a bit wary. Foreign girl who I could barely understand, asked "is that .......(couldn't understand her)......", I told her I thought she had the wrong number, she apologised several times & then hung up. There was the tell-tale-pause before she spoke which usually indicates that the call is from o/seas, but at least she was pleasant.

Caller: (02) 7200 8130 If they have super info possibly re: SA state govt data breach Nov 2021. They have name, address, work place, salary, super info etc. Just a matter of time before these calls started. Do not answer if possible, they will target those they get a response from. If you're super cautious perhaps consider changing your phone number and now is a good time to ensure password strength to sensitive accounts is strong and that you do not have the same password over numerous accounts.

Caller: "Roy Morgan" (Scam) I can safely say that this is a BS scam and that Facebook must be sharing our data/numbers/etc to third parties. During the call they asked for my first name and second name. The only platform that I have my name as that is Facebook. BS dodgy scam call which had a thick south asian accent.
Hang up, block and do not entertain these clowns.
