Caller: An idiot.

Called 3 times. When I answer this number I say "Telstra Technical Department here, George speaking, can I help you.?" They hang up.
When you call this number back, you get a message that this number is not in service.

I didn't answer this number but called me no less than six times yesterday between 1.00 pm and 8.45 pm - never left a message.

Caller: "Telstra Technical"

Same number, same approach, five times in last 24 hours. Obviously an overseas call centre using a fake Australian number. Should be able to block these calls - over to you Telstra.

It is disgusting that people like that are permitted to ring the elderly out of bed at night,
not just once but 2 nights in a row, they have been ringing me for weeks now, not just once a day but 4-5 times a day.
I have now registered my number on Do Not Call, o hopefully it will now stop.

Caller: Said they were from Telstra technical department

They claimed that they had sent me earlier messages about my computer, which had a fault.. This was patently untrue as I am not with Telstra.

As above - persistent with lots of missed calls even after I told them to never call me back.

Caller: Some Indian woman claiming to be from Telstra

Claimed that they had been monitoring my internet for weeks and that I was infected with multiple virus

they were pretending to be telstra and trying to fix the internet

Caller: Telstra

Tried to get access to internet/computer, hung up on them knowing it was a scam, they called back and said something smart then hung up on me 🙄
