I called back number (02) 6827 8248 rang once then goes to busy tone.

I've had approximately 4 calls from this number over the last 3 days. The first call a lady asked if I was Ms. ........., (she pronounced it wrong) and then she started to talk, then said sorry and hung up! Very weird! I tried calling back and got the same message as posted above.

Multiple calls back to this number always received this recorded message: "The number you have dialled is not in service." Receiving such a message almost invariably implies that the caller was at best a scamster, very possibly worse. DO NOT RING BACK.
