When this number called me, my phone identified it as potential fraud so I didn't answer it. When I called the number back using a secure work phone, it said the number wasn't connected.

These people are discussing superannuation protection. I work for the ATO and the man who answered was not happy when I advised who I worked for. Do not divulge any information.

Said they wanted to talk to me about my super. I said I'm not interested. They (female) said "how can you say you're not interested if you won't listen to what I have to say". I hung up.

Some sort of superannuation call centre calling on behalf of “a number of major superannuation company’s” asked them for their ABN, they couldn’t provide one. Asked them to provide me with the names of the major superannuation companies they were representing, again couldn’t provide me with one. Told them they had called a do not call registered number. I stated that as an organisation they could be fined up to $25,000 for facilitating cold calls to numbers registered on the do not call register. They shat themselves and told me they dialled the wrong number, asked them which number... had no idea.... asked them if they were cold calling and asked to speak to manager. Call centre manager shat themselves and hung on me, but not before I told them that what they were doing was farcical and disgraceful. Fickwits!

It was a woman who claimed to be from the "National Superannuation Authority" in Canberra and said they were heavily regulated, sounded Australian like a polite call centre voice for insurance - ABSOLUTE BS - and I kept asking who she was and why she was calling me - and she tried to get info about my super and said she spoke to a guy with my number previously - which was impossible as I've had my number for over 25 years - then she quickly closed down the call and hung up. Pull them up and fire questions back at them immediately because they sound over-familiar when they call and try to disarm you to get personal info out of you. Number now blocked.

I live in Canberra so assumed it was a legit local Canberra number. A heavily accented man answered with just a hello? I asked who is this is and he stated that he accidentally answered his work phone as he would answer his personal phone - blocked the number as it definitely sounded like spam

This is a scammer trying to get hold of your super from the COVID-19 virus early super release. Asked me if I had applied for the early release of my super. When I replied I was on a Centrelink benefit she hung up. Go figure. Not good enough to have super I guess.

Missed call. Phone said it was a Canberra number. Called back But said the number was disconnected. Scam!

The person left a really weird message about a mess I’ve made and some other weird sh*t glad I didn’t answer cause I think he must be a scammer

It’s a scam targeting superannuation

Likely some scam operations. Tried to get my personal identifying information but I refused. Kept calling even though I'm on Do Not Call register. Bet their number will be shut down in few weeks and they'll start with a new number soon.

Only answered call as my phone is linked to my work phone. Didn't give my name. They said they are from Superannuation Australia and want's to know if I have super. Just said to call back. Checked on here. Tried to call from my work number, states number is disconnected.

Very disappointing, I was hoping to find out why they had called me 10 times in the last two weeks.

This number rang me and they immediately hung up. Probably some scam or marketing scheme.

I said nothing when I answered this call and all I heard was background noise; whoever called was outside as I could hear it was windy. They hung up after a few seconds
