This number called me on 25 Sept 2020. I answered but I was in a busy area and I said I couldn’t hear them. They hung up. I rang the number back but it said the number has been disconnected. I blocked the number. They call back today and my phone rejected call but it still went to voicemail. They did not say anything, but hung up after a few seconds. Nuisance call.

I called back number (02) 6247 9168 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
