Woman was speaking in Chinese.

Its a recorded woman's voice endlessly telling me a number of things in Chinese (I think). It just keeps going until you hang up and of course I don't understand a word.
The call says it is from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory.
It is on my mobile, with vodafone, and is the second time it has happened.

I answered this call, and it was a Chinese voice, sounded like a recording as I got no response to my greeting. I then hung up and blocked.
