Caller: (02) 6216 1750 This number called me pretending to be ATO. There was background office noise very convincing. It’s not the first time.

Called to pretend to be ato and tried to scam me for money by buying iTunes or google play card.

Caller: Claim to be ato They r very convincing gave me choose to pay on google card to avoid embarrassment I had great fun to shop stringing him along making out that I was buying 15 x $500 cards then he asked me to down load app, said it was a scam and he hang up. Be careful guys

Caller: Claimed to be ATO Called me to say I would be arrested for misleading information on my last tax file return. Directed me to my local police station's number who told me I had 45min before my arrest unless I chose to resolve it quietly, meaning pay money to them via ZIT ATM or Prepaid Cards (Google Play). Scam call
