(02) 6207 3529 called around 3:30 pm (Indian 9:30 am) and left a recorded message “You defrauded Australian government and an arrest warrant been is issued if you dispute then press 1” when I called back a recorded message played “Kelsey Brown - please leave a message”

Lot of indicators helped me to be sure it is a scam and just ignore it. I am writing for other people benefit.
