Beware...! This looks like a serious scam as they leave a message for you to call Message Bank then comes the sting.

Caller: Pretending to be Ebay "Dollars and 99 cents and the same will be debited from your account automatically. If you want to cancel this then press one. Quote your claim for refunding." Message2Text
Rang back the number and it answered as Ebay. This is a scam as reported by the ACMA

Caller: Recorded Female Voice Message cut off who they were - may be deliberate. Recording asked to contact them and STOP a debit from your account of $299. They didn’t mention which bank so I’m going with a SCAM CALL!

Someone called my mobile saying my account was going to be debited $299 if I didn't call back. When I called back (without my caller ID showing) the person claimed to be from eBay and then hung up when I started asking questions.

Caller: eBay I just received call from (02) 6190 8044. It was a robotic voice stating I needed to authorise payment of $299.99 to eBay. If I didn't make this payment I could press 1 for....I hung up. It was a total spam/scam call. I didn't purchase anything on eBay recently and neither did my family. Not sure how they got thru on my TEAMS at work either? Slippery little suckers!

Caller: Spam call Robot voice Saying $29.99 will be deducted from my account. If I want to stop it to press 1 and if I want a refund to press 2. Clearly just another spam call. It comes up as from Canberra. Clearly trying to fool people to answer as they will think it's regarding voting.

I returned a missed call. They quoted the last 4 digits of my mob and said I'd been incorrectly charged $299.99 for an ebay purchase. No such transaction. I presume they would be asking for my bank details next so I hung up.
