Spam and unsolicited Marketing - Brand Choice

started calling after I filled out an iinet competition form a couple of days ago

Got a call from them saying I entered a competition at a website called "Winning Choice" which I didn't. They had no details of my entry. Total scam.

how do i stop these pests please. They just wont stop.

i entered an online competition (Stupidly) through nova fm, and started getting calls from all around australia, from surf life saving, insuranceline, mobi insurance, brand direct etc etc

Call from "Brand of Choice" who knows my first name, claiming I entered an online competition and they need to confirm my entry. They wanted me to complete a lifestyle survey for the chance to win $25K.

Claimed that I had entered an online competition for Brand Direct CCI (I hadn't), then wanted to conduct a 'Lifestyle Survey' so I asked them what company they claimed I had entered an online comp for? She wanted to end the call, but I asked again and she said: "Brand Direct Call Centre International". I asked if she was a scammer, trying to get personal information from me... She ended the call!

Called me about some survey/competition my partner entered under my number but I asked him and the last time he did that was a couple of years ago!!! Why call now??? He was not available and they couldn't even tell me which competition it was. So ridiculous.

Received a call from this number with the girl telling me about some online competition that I entered but which I could never recall.
