Told me I had entered an online competition.. the reason for the call was I had the chance to win a new Range Rover or 100 something thousand dollars cash... all I had to do was answer questions to an online survey...

Myself personally would say this is a scam.

1. I don't enter any online competitions, as you just don't know anymore.

and 2. she did not use my correct name that I would use for legal things, it was the name I use on facebook...

I was told a had entered an online competition; no I had not. The conversation ceased!

Call apparently originates from Canberra. Don’t know anyone in Canberra so ignored call. No voicemail message left.

Called saying I had won a competition that I had recently entered. I could choose a Holden car or one hundred and twenty five thousand dollars.
They were just after my bank details.
I hung up.

Didn't answer and now I have blocked the number

She said she was calling because I had entered an online competition. I said that this was a scam because I had not entered an online competition and she hung up.

I have also been receiving texts from somewhere saying I had won a Samsung TV. I did not respond because I have not entered any competition.

Will not answer any calls that I do not know. If they do not leave a message with contact details, I will not ring them back. Always check the number on google to see who called

Woman with a south african accent said I had entered an on line competition - she said she was calling from CCI International Call Center. I don't enter online competition. I asked what "CCI International" was, and she just kept repeating it was a call center. SCAM ALERT. I will be blocking this number......

Received two missed call from this number early pm to mid pm times of day, no voicemail messages left for either call. As I am on the Do Not Call register and don't know this number, I didn't try to call back but blocked this number after having read the comments from other sufferers here and the 100% spam report card.

Recorded msg, claim to be some survey group telling me to ring some other 03 ???? ???? number and leave my details so they could remove me from list! then they hung up
