I received a call from this number today however i didn't pick up the call and was left with a voicemail. In the voicemail there was a msg that there have been suspicious activity with my tax file number and i will be receiving legal notification as my tax file number will be suspended and i will be arrested. told me to call them back on that this number (02) 6176 1291. Please beware as this is obviously a scam!

Recorded message mentioning warrants, registered mail being returned unsigned, warrants, suspension of tax file number and being arrested! The whole lot in one message.

Called on a very poor quality line, South Asian accent, asking me to verify whether I had roof-top installed. I told him I wasn't prepared to discuss it. He repeated the question and I repeated the answer. He suddenly hung up without further comment. It's obviously a scam.
