Scam, voicemail claiming 'This is the Australian Taxation Office and we are calling because there is a law suit...' I hung up because I used to work for the ATO and I know it's fraudulent.
If someone ever calls you from the ATO, ask for their extension number, then call the ATO switchboard number on their website and ask for that extension. If they're genuine, you'll be able to call them back that way.

They left a message and said call back or you will be arrested. When you call they answer with Australian Taxation Office and they ask for your contact name and date of birth - I of course gave them nothing and said - I’m not giving out that information over the phone. They hung up on me straight away!! HUGE SCAM!!
