Scamming Indians claiming to be from the ATO.. Do NOT supply these guys with any personal info!! They should be locked up!

Took a call from this number and was informed by a recorded American voice that I was due to have an arrest warrant issued against me as I had attempted to defraud the ATO...unless I rang them back and paid money, as it was my "last chance to do so." Yeah, right...dry that out and fertilise the lawn with it...

Computer voice informing me that I "defrauded ATO and that an arrest warrant has been issued". They then ask me to ring back the same number. It's a scam.

Just received a call from these morons, when telling him he may want to speak like a true Aussie he called me a mother&*cker.

didn't answer, but the voicemail was a computer generated voice saying that the ATO had issued an arrest warrant for me defrauding the tax department and asking me to call back the same number. LOL. If I had more time I'd call them for a laugh.

Scammers.... They're not the Tax department!

Got a call from this number (02) 6172 1394. I did not answer. They did not leave a voice message. I called back and it is "the number you have dialed is not in service, please check the number and try again". By all accounts it is a scam.
