I have a silent number and am on the do not call register, but on 3 occasions have had calls from this number. Although I never state my number or name, a pre-recoded man's voice says I am in breach of non-payment of taxes with the ATO, that I have not replied to any notices sent in the mail about the matter, that there is a warrant out for my arrest, and that I should ring this number. (Needless to say I am not in breach & have not received any such mail etc.)

I called back number (02) 6152 8671 rang once then goes to busy tone.
