Number mentioned in McAfee 'unauthorized charge' Phishing email received 3 Feb 2023 at 9:92am purporting to come from manahackettl9332 @ gmail.com.
Subject: Your service will eventually need to be replaced when this stops. # 4358FDSUSIG
Content of email is jpg file with this text:
Dear consumer, We are glad to serve you as a registered customer. We have premium security services ready for installation. As per our connection with you. Your plan will be auto-renewed within 24 hrs and it will charge you $419.00

If you didn't authorize this Charge, you have 24 Hrs. To cancel & get an instant refund of your annual subscription, please contact our customer care: (02) 6110 1478

Got an email saying McAffee anti virus charge. Scam email. Ignore it!

Got a similar message from somewhere saying they were McAfee and that I had 24 hrs to contact them to stop the $19 automatic subscription charge from being charged to my account. Not very good grammar or punctuation and looks fake and a scam.
