Seems to be a fraudulent call acting as the ATO for tax fraud and evasion.

Caller: Scam Call Won't let me call them and waste their time. Tried heaps to call them but keep getting busy signal. I wanted to see how much of their time I could waste. Does anyone fall for these now?
