Robo-caller. Left the usual fake tax/warrant for your arrest voice message.

I got a call at about 8am today and I couldn’t get it since I was fast asleep, does anyone know where this is from?

Robo-scammer. Left a voicemail so only got the end of the message saying I was going to get arrested if I didn’t call back.

Caller left message saying an arrest warrant would be issued for my arrest if I did not call back

ATO Scam, automated message. Don't call back

Non specific automated voice threatening arrest due to ATO issue. Likely a premium number, that when called back, you get charged a high rate on your mobile, which is how they make money. DO NOT CALL BACK would be my advice.
