Same as for the other posts so far. Left a voice message threatening to issue an arrest warrant because my account had been marked for tax evasion if I didn't call them back. Male voice that sounds computer-generated due to unnatural intonation and to regular short breaks between every single word.

Male computer generated voice claiming to be from Telstra, telling me that my internet is being disconnected as from today and advising me to click through to speak to a representative. None of my comms accounts are with Telstra...

Robotic (male) sounding recorded message left on my voicemail saying to call (02) 6100 4413 to avoid "further action" wrt to ATO issue. I did not call... number blocked. Will report to ATO scam line.

This number rang but I didn't answer. They left an automated message saying I would be arrested because of tax evasion. There is no way the Taxation Department would leave such a garbled message like that so don't get taken in just hang up. IT'S A SCAM!!

The taxation department has issued a warrant for my arrest, but if I call back on the phone number mentioned, we can sort this out and avoid my arrest. The voice on the phone was a robot voice with a strange American accent.

"Robert Balley," what do you mean the Department of Justice gave you a cheque? For what exactly? Have you cashed the cheque? In any case, the DoJs are state-basedS and that is not their NW number. This number shows up as being from Canberra, but in ACT there is only the Justice & Community Safety Directorate.

Ha Ha. Hows Robery Balley trying to sound Australian and make this seem like a legitimate service. Its a scam. Block it.

I got a missed call from (02) 6100 4413, then call back, a woman (receptionist) answer in a very rude way, since I am outside and did not listen very good, she just shout at me: do you have any problems of hearing?? why keep asking who you are?WHAT the problems of this crazy number? or what kind of the training for the employees of this organization?
