Robocall about an unsigned document initially, and called back..then i was.talking to a person with a sub-continenet accent claiming to be working for the ATO... i suspect a scam

Suspected scam. Recorded message saying from ATO in relation to tax violation. States time sensitive matter and an arrest warrant will be issued.
