Yeah, just got one of these - automated message from 'Paul Mason" at ATO. KNew it was dodgy as the ATO usually calls my accountant. 12.39pm 3rd December

Just got the same call. It was difficult to understand as it was a thick indian accent. They gave me a reference number and asked me to call (02) 6100 3390. Quickly jumped online to report.

I just got the same call, my first thought was this is a scam so call the federal police and they said to be carefull it anyone asks for your details. Also they said to go to www.scamwatch.gov.au and report it to them. I have just reported it to them. I think you should report it online.

anyone received a call claiming to be from the ATO, informing you that you are to receive a $3600 grant from the ATO? A reference number is given and then you are asked to call (02) 6100 3390 to claim the grant. Sounds sus!
