When you call back number..it disconnects, however, automated voicemessage was left on my mobile stating to ring back number and if I don't an arrest warrant will be issued. Another scam. My question is ...how do they have our phone numbers in the first place???????

When you pick up, there is automated answering machine telling you something along the line of there is lawsuit involving your taxes, told you to call back the number or risk arrest, I did not bother listening to the rest of it. Good for nothing scammers.

I got the same call today, I knew it was a scam because it’s not a legit number not to mention the ATO would have gotten in contact with us via mail as well, I wouldn’t take it seriously!

Today I received the call from this number and it was playing a recorded message, saying , if I do not call them back , I will be arrested, I just hung up, I am sure, some other kind of scam is going in the name of ATO.
