How gullible do these people think we are, if its sounds to good to be true it is

omg i got the same call from them just like some their bank is asking me for 27,000hkd for a TAX CERTIFICATION FORM they really got me hooked thank god for google they should be reported to the authorities or at try to get these people to hand or the money themselves doubt it'll happen though
