Came up as from little billabong New South Wales, the autophone said it was Australia post push 1 for English and 2 for Chinese, pushed 1 got a Chinese person, told them I pushed one for English and they apologised and started speaking English asking what I wanted, told them they cackled me, they said they didn’t (went back and forth, the guy did get annoyed, which I do appreciate if what he said was true)
