Feedback here from people is just judgemental that any non Australian accent means spam while most of them here also migrant people. This number belongs to recruitment firm based in India. they recruit for companies like Infosys, TCS who need IT resources here onshore. I have dealt with this company and they are genuine.People working in IT and still whinging about accent. Be judgemental when you have understood the purpose or if someone is asking for money to give you a job.

A recruitment agent from there with an Indian accent called me to talk about a job earlier today. They had gotten my details from Careerone. Then then latched onto me and emailed me and called me 6 more times almost hourly up to the last call at 9:15pm at night chasing up to negotiate. After asking me to wait while he dealt with some domestic issue (I then hung up) he then called back, and I gave him an earful and told him never to contact me by email or mobile again and slammed the phone down. Repeatedly calling like this borders on unethical. I will be blacklisting this number from here on.

Recruiter? guy in India guy pretending to be a recruiter for a government job in Sydney - I don't think any state or federal government uses recruiters in India !!!

I received exactly the same type of call as you.... harsh Indian accent that I couldn't understand what she was on about in my voicemail. I'm not ringing back.

Some sort of recruitment I think. Too hard to understand the Indian woman's accent to be sure what she actually wanted. Has to be a scam.

Got 5 missed calls after work hours from a guy with an Indian accent who also left a voicemail to call back with his landline no. (02) 6075 0102.

He didn't leave any reason for calling, and didn't leave his name. My phone is reflecting Albury NSW given his landline number and I'm not expecting anyone to call me from that location, so I just blocked his no. Be careful, guys...

I called back number (02) 6075 0102 rang once then goes to busy tone.
