Taxation tax scam - told me that the Police would arrest me for not paying enough tax, was informed to ring a number as a matter of urgency. The number the guy gave me was the same number as shown on my telephone.

Jason O'Connor again but different number to above let it go through to message bank. Told me the same thing...from the ATO, tax evasion, police will be knocking at my door shortly to arrest me and something about the northern territory.

Same as everyone else, they left two messages of the same pre-recording. Have paid all my tax and called the ATO. Definitely not legitimate

Caller left a message on my answering machine claiming I was going to be arrested for tax evasion. When I attempted to call back the phone was silent and then hung up.

Caller claimed to be from ATO and I have to give credit card details now or the Police would be sent to our house.
