phone number is from Albury, I don't know anyone from there, so not answered and blocked

Received a call from this number, claimed from Commonwealth Bank Australia. Scam! Stay away.

This is a spoofed number = scam.

Left voicemail in American accent: "This is an epidemic emergency. For Australia press 1, for Chinese students press 2". Scam

Didn’t answer but left a voicemail in a robo-American accent with the beginning cut off however what was recorded was as follows:
“… documents. For details, press 1 for English, for Chinese press 2 Ni Hao!…” the last 10 seconds of the recording was in Mandarin (which I don’t speak so have no idea what was said!) absolutely some kind of scam call. This is the third call from Albury NSW with a similar number I’ve received leaving similar style messages in the last 3 days.

Why can’t numbers and callers from numbers like this be 1. Disconnected, 2. Caught by police, 3. Have their bank accounts frozen? Surely cannot be that hard to do.

No message left so that's always a bad sign it could be fraud.

Spam as claims was from Commonwealth bank claiming money has been attempted to be taken from my account then asked me to select if I want to approve or not. Hung up and blocked the number.

Aubury NSW scam caller

Left an automated message speaking either Cantonese or Mandarin

Robocaller from NSW. Number listed as being possibly sold to scammers from the shady "Redback Communications" telco provider

Same here. Got another sus call from a similar number, (02) 6038 0380. Did not answer.
