Caller: Someone with Indian accent called saying they were from Telstra. This is a scam - told them I would call Telstra direct then hung up. They have now called again twice - I look at the number on my phone and if it is this number I just don't answer it.

Caller: (02) 5879 2462 Female Caller in a busy call centre (background sounds) asked for me by name. I aggressively requested IDENTIFY YOURSELF. She hung up. Anonymous above says it is a scam using NAB as as cover. If it is a NSW number ((02) 58~ doesn't exist does it? - it may have been from overseas) it should be reported to the police. 0258~ is a prefix for places in Japan but that would be an unusual source for scam calls.

They rang me but once I picked up no one spoke. I tired ringing back but it said it was disconnected.

Subcontinent accent. Claimed to be from the security department of NAB. I hung up. I got a missed call on 23 May from (02) 5879 2547. Appears these scumbag scammers are using different last 4 digits which makes it difficult to block. Don't give them the time of day.

Caller: Supposedly NAB Phone call asking me if I had authorised an international money transfer to the US to a person with the surname Franklin. I said no, was then asked when was the last time I accessed my account and I said that they should be able to tell me. They hung up!
