Despite the fact that this number shows as a known spammer it is still allowed to call. I fail to understand what the authorities are doing about this issue.

it's a reverse call scam, do not call back, you get charged huge call-rates when you call them back

Caller: (02) 5663 2357 95% of the calls I now receive are scammers. I just don’t answer my phone anymore. And when it rings my anxiety levels skyrocket. Do not call list is bogus.
