Caller: Indian woman scammer (02) 5506 6689 called today, usual scam starting with robocall "This is Nicole from the NBN. Your internet connection is going to be cut off within 24 hours because the NBN is now in your area. Press 1 to talk to a technician". So I pressed 1 and an Indian woman answered and as usual the excuse they give is totally different to the robocall message. She said there was a fault with my internet and they are going to fix it. But then she just mysteriously hung up mid-sentence! This is the 2nd time this has happened this week! We all know these losers are really stupid but these ones are especially stupid because anyone who has the NBN also has a phone that is using the NBN line for the voice calls (it's called Telephony in the modem settings). If there was a problem with the internet, the phone would also be not working LOL!
