Block and ignore, another telemarketer selling amazing website services (so amazing they can only sell them via spam calling)

Claims to have made websites for 10 years but has to cold call to get business. Then gets aggressive when they are told no and repeatedly calls back to harass.
Best option is to block the number

Tryed to sell me a Web site every day for the past week so I called him back 5 times and tryed to sell him a retaing wall I didn't need a web site and he didnt need a retaing wall let's see if Bob calls again tomorrow
