Block and ignore, another telemarketer selling amazing website services (so amazing they can only sell them via spam calling)

Tryed to sell me a Web site every day for the past week so I called him back 5 times and tryed to sell him a retaing wall I didn't need a web site and he didnt need a retaing wall let's see if Bob calls again tomorrow

Claims to have made websites for 10 years but has to cold call to get business. Then gets aggressive when they are told no and repeatedly calls back to harass.
Best option is to block the number

It is illegal to cold call my number, as I am in the Do Not Call register. If they were a legit biz, they'd follow the rules

Terrible compnay, begging for work, unprofessional. I don't even own a business they keep calling me. Head quartered in India.

Called asking if I was the business owner without introducing himself. I asked who he was and he just said 'Jacob' I asked where he was calling from and said a website development company. I said I wasn't interested and they just hung up. Blocked
