A message was left and it was nothing, then at the end was like a piano key that played once *tink* then the automated lady saying "goodbye". Just weird

oh dear telstra are going to disconnect my internet... when I said i was disappointed as I was hoping for an offer to make me move to telstra he disconnected without a word.
