I called back number (02) 4924 6569 spoke to a woman who said I've reached the Hunter New England Health.

Caller: Hunter New England Health Service It's Hunter New England Health Service. I asked why they repeatedly call and never leave a voicemail and the lady said "because of our ethics" which was a vague answer. I suppose she means out of privacy, they don't say they're a health service in case someone else hears the message, but it is annoying when an organisation phones and phones and doesn't make any effort to identify itself. However, nevertheless, it is a safe and trusted organisation, not a scammer, even if they could improve their practices here.
