Caller: Compass Housing now known as Home in Place

Was a legitimate call from Compass Housing now know as Home in Place. They were returning my call. My original call was to a 1300 number.

This is a legitimate call from Compass Housing about maintenance on my house which is provided by them.

Called and left no message
Called back answer machine message and call sound breaks in and out
Called again a lady receptionist answered
Call kept dropping in and out
The lady said she was from Castle housing that helps people
I asked her to remove my number from her call list as it is on a do not call register that her location had come up as Newcastle NSW
She claimed she was just a receptionist and unable to see a call list as they use call centres
I told her that I was blocking the number and asked her to send a message to her call centre and remove my number from their list

i called back number (02) 4920 2600 spoke to a woman but did not hear the name of the company properly on the recording.
