Caller: 131314 Received a message about a transaction on hold for review and to please call (02) 4853 9245. Details of name and amount in sms was never a transaction I made. Spam?

Caller: Spoofed ANZ 131314 Sent this message saying. The Official ANZ phone number and the one they provided use two different voice bots.

Texted first with a claim to be ANZ (whom I don't bank with) that they have successfully updated my Voice ID and that if I did not authorise this change to call my advisor at this phone number
