I thought telstra were doing something about these scammers!

4 calls in a row at 8.30pm, ignored the lot

Keeps asking for a name that doesn’t live here won’t accept that, called 3 times so far. The next call he is getting a whistle blown in his ear.

Supposedly from Go Trvael offering discounted holiday package - too good to be true.

Hung up just before the answering machine kicked in.

Repeat spoof caller. Parasite scammers

Unknown number called and did not leave a message I have blocked it.

No message left, hangs up before answering machine starts.

Caller: "Go Travel"

Caller claimed I had won a week's holiday for which I would pay $300. Had my name and address, because supposedly I had given it to a restaurant at some point in the past.

Caller: I don’t know - foreign voice

Tried to tell me that I signed up for holiday- twelve to 24 months ago - picked on the wrong person - we don’t go on holidays !
